A heartwarming tale of terror in the middle of the zombie apocalypse.
Meet Sarah and David.
Once upon a time they met and fell in love. But now they're on the verge of divorce and going to couples' counseling. On a routine trip to their counselor, they notice a few odd things - the lack of cars on the highway, the missing security guard, and the fact that their counselor, Dr. Kelly, is ripping out her previous client's throat.
Meet the Zombies.
Now, Sarah and David are fighting for survival in the middle of the zombie apocalypse. But, just because there are zombies, doesn't mean your other problems go away. If the zombies don't eat their brains, they might just kill each other.

This novel had a moderate level of action. The comedy was mediocre. The characters were all likeable except one. Unfortunately she was one of the main characters. So that’s what took away from the 5-star stellar review. The overall plot is of a troubled marriage forced to suck up the pettiness to survive a zombie apocalypse.
Don’t get me wrong, my marriage isn’t sunshine and flowers every day, but my gosh, these folks had issues. I could understand SERIOUS issues, but majority of the bickering was over absolute rubbish. The undead and the possibility of people getting “offed” is what kept our attention in spite of the snarky narrator. While my husband refuses to read anything further in this series, I’m willing to see what happens next.
