2013 Spring Ambuzzador: Dualed by Elsie Chapman

On a last Wednesday at 7:53 pm, I was slap happy excited!  Why?  What's the big fuss all about?  Well....I was notified a few days ago that I was chosen to be a 2013 Spring Ambuzzador!  Now it's official:
